Extremely comfy beds, Wi-Fi and coffee in the room. Enjoyable and marvellous breakfasts with fresh custom omelettes. Wonderful location adjacent to restaurants and grocery store in 5 minutes and Inconvenienc to get there and Rockville, MD area, could not be better.

The breakfast was enjoyable and good hot and with fresh custom omelettes; the stuff was affable. The room was neat and the bed there was very comfy. The location was easy and favourable, close enough to Rockville for business in March, Washington, D and Inconvenienc to get there. It also was close to restaurants & shopping.

The room I got was well-appointed and large with breakfast available, microwave plus fridge. Also, location was good, just a short walk away from Johns Hopkins University.

The bathroom I had was too small.

Well-appointed room with Wi-Fi and coffee for a very nice stay for a weekend with my 11 year old daughter for mommy and me time. Unbeatable, comfortable location to other local areas. Also - just off Rockville, and the restaurant and bar.

Awful staff!

The rooms are spacious and have everything I needed. The beds are really comfortable and the sheets and pillows were cozy. The bathroom was beautiful and had all the toiletries I needed. The hotel also provided a complementary shuttle bus to the nearby Metro station, making transportation easy. The restaurant served excellent food and the staff were very friendly.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

I did not receive a receipt for my overnight stay. However, I need that to file my expenses for the business trip. The lady at the hotel told me I would get it from you. You are saying I get it from the hotel. This receipt issue will deter me from using your services again if I have to spend three days hunting down receipts.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel also offered a complimentary shuttle bus that took us to the nearby Metro station, making our transportation around Washington DC convenient. Additionally, the restaurant had excellent food, and the breakfast team was courteous and professional. We were truly impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and our room.

Attractive -clean and comfortable rooms

The hotel shuttle to and from the Metro was extremely unreliable most of the time and left us to wait outside on a dark and very cold evening at the station for 50 minutes. It took three phone calls to the desk before it arrived. Plan on additional Taxi fares if you stay here.

Bridget and the staff were good to deal with.

The location of the hotel is convenient, being a short distance away from Washington DC. Many rooms offer a view of the city, providing a nice backdrop for guests. The staff at the hotel are friendly and accommodating, as seen in their efforts to resolve issues with the showerhead and water pressure.

The wait time to access certain TV channels, such as the 7 pm PBS newshour, can be frustrating. The hotel should provide clearer instructions or ensure quicker channel access for guests who value quality news programming.
